About me

Who am I?

Hi, I am Kimberly. Let's start with the playful stuff. I love to be on trails as often as possible. Trails or with my Uke in hand. Otherwise,  you will probably find me at home meditating, writing, cooking, or drinking coffee.

As a coach I am obsessed with what makes humans suffer. I have studied suffering and the mind for 13 years. It all started from trying to end my own suffering. After spending years suicidal and chest deep in depression and anxiety I decided that there had to be a different way. This led me to Buddhism and Meditation/Mindfulness. My path through suffering was lonely and messy. I feel pretty certain it is the same for all beings -AND a little guidance, support, and perspective on the journey can be deeply helpful. This is all I hope to offer you as you navigate your precious, beautiful life.
